Mr. ZHAO Deming, aged 53, is an independent supervisor and the chairman of the third session of the Supervisory Committee of the Company. He is a partner of Shanghai Office of Beijing Global Law Office. He had been a senior consultant of Hong Kong and Shanghai Offices of PAUL HASTINGS, partner of Richard Wang & Co., legal counsel of Greater China Region of KODAK and associate professor of School of Law of Xiamen University. Mr. ZHAO Deming is concurrently an arbitrator of Xiamen Arbitration Commission and Harbin Arbitration Commission, part-time professor of School of Law of Xiamen University and School of Law of Xi’an Jiaotong University, and an instructor for postgraduate students in practice of Shanghai Customs College and Shanghai University of International Business and Economics. Mr. ZHAO Deming was awarded “Client Choice – Top 20 Lawyers in China”, ALB(亞洲法律雜誌), 2012 (based on the results of the first such survey).Mr. ZHAO Deming obtained his bachelor of laws, master of laws and juris doctor degrees from Xiamen University and master of laws in Commercial and Corporate law from University College London. He has been a PRC licensed lawyer since 1994.Mr. ZHAO Deming does not hold shares in the Company. He has no connected party relationship with the Company’s controlling shareholders, de facto controller, other directors, supervisors or senior management, nor has he been subject to any punishment by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and other competent authorities or disciplined by any stock exchanges.

Mr. WANG Yunan, aged 44, has joined Wanda Group since January 2004. He is a senior vice president and general manager of the legal affairs center of Wanda Group. He formerly served at [中國民航北方公司] as management and worked as a lawyer at Zhong Lun Law Firm.Mr. WANG Yunan graduated with a bachelor’s degree in law from Peking University in July 1998. He obtained the Legal Professional Qualification Certificate in April 2001.Mr. WANG Yunan directly holds 1,600,000 shares in the Company. Save for being the senior vice president and general manager of the legal affairs center of Wanda Group, the controlling shareholder of the Company, he has no connected party relationship with the Company’s de facto controller, other directors, supervisors or senior management, nor has he been subject to any punishment by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and other competent authorities or disciplined by any stock exchanges.
Mr. HOU Hongjun, aged 50, is the employee representative Supervisor of the Company. He has served as an assistant to the president of the Company and the general manager of the audit department of the Company since February 2016. He also serves as a Supervisor of Dalian Wanda Group and Wanda Department store . He worked for the cost control department of the Company and Wanda Cultural Group from April 2013 to December 2015. Between February 2001 and March 2013, he worked for the audit department of Dalian Wanda Group, project companies under the Company and the cost control department of the Company. He worked in China Construction Bank Dalian Branch from July 1990 to February 2001.Mr. Hou received a bachelor’s degree in materials and products profession from Shenyang Jianzhu University in July 1990 and he holds the qualification of certified cost engineer.
